Description

In this role, you will oversee strategic outreach efforts, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and make sure Kintsugi’s values are well-represented. You’ll guide communication campaigns, lead engagement initiatives, and continuously look for ways to broaden our reach in the wellness community. Strong networking abilities, organizational skills, and a knack for authentic communication are key.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in community engagement or outreach leadership
• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale engagement plans
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills
• Experience with metrics-based reporting and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with relevant organizations
• Spearhead community outreach events and digital campaigns
• Manage engagement strategies for new and existing audiences
• Provide guidance to team members and oversee daily tasks
• Track metrics and adjust strategies to meet participation goals
