Description

In this role, you’ll develop strategies to connect with wellness organizations, influencers, and other partners who share Kintsugi’s values. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with our purpose, coordinate community-building activities, and track outcomes. Ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with an organized, results-focused approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with event coordination or community outreach
• Able to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with basic project management tools

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure collaborations with like-minded brands and professionals
• Coordinate outreach events and campaigns to grow community awareness
• Respond promptly to inquiries, messages, and requests from potential partners
• Monitor partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Maintain a detailed partner database and nurture ongoing relationships
